MD Anderson Cancer Center Administrative Clerk - Radiation Physics Outreach in Houston, Texas

The primary purpose of the Administrative Clerk position is to provide general clerical support to the IROC Houston QA Center to include filing, document scanning, data entry, and shipping/unpacking of packages. Requires initiative, communication skills, and attention to detail.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Shipping and Unpacking of OSLD, Phantoms and Patient Charts-duties as needed
Ships OSLD and phantoms daily and other equipment/miscellaneous packages on
request.
Unpacks returning OSLD/TLD shipments.
Prepares commercial invoices for international shipping of OSLD and phantoms.
Ships out patient treatment charts.
Clerical Support-duties as needed Completes IROC Houston QA Center document
scanning. Enters phantom's tracking numbers and prices on spreadsheet.
Tracks phantoms and equipment.
Enters all shipping data into RADS and eShip Global.
Stores electronic data of scanned documents in appropriate file folders.
Answers/screens phone calls. Check that TLD/OSLD data entered correctly into
RADS. Assign physicist to Review TLD/OSLD
Other duties as assigned.
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required: Three years of experience in performing administrative or responsible clerical work. Must pass pre-employment skills a test as required and administered by Human Resources.
