MD Anderson Cancer Center Applications Systems Analyst - (DevOps / Splunk) in Houston, Texas
The DevOps/Splunk analyst will perform server administration, Splunk log integration, application deployment and source code management.
Server Administration
Install and support applications across the department. This includes assisting with troubleshooting applications that are experiencing slowness, connectivity issues and certificate expiration.
Splunk
Assist with data onboarding of applications and/or server logs to the Splunk system. The Splunk reporting tool will also be used to create user dashboards and code using Splunk SPL.
Source Code Management
Assist with deployment of source code by maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Other duties as assigned
Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required : Two years' experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, Epic software, or programming. May substitute require education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Splunk, SPL and/or Kubernetes.
