Education Coordination
Designs and delivers effective curriculum and educational materials utilizing a traditional classroom setting and/or technological based instructive methods, which includes making sure staff have the necessary permissions and access to software applications.
Develops training materials based on educational evaluation through conduction of needs assessments.
Coordinates meeting location and resources needed to complete and document trainings
Ensures that department records include non-expired licensure or certifications
Regularly seek out training needs and opportunities to streamline processes
Develops and maintains budgets, time lines and deliverables for training and education needs.
Maintains working knowledge of the institution's policies, procedures and systems for record retention and HR related activities
Supports FNS hiring managers by communicating with HR partners regarding new hires.
Ensure orientation requirements are completed by all deadlines.
Administrative Support
Possess good interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and co-workers. Promote teamwork between all department personnel.
Compiles and arranges complex data using Software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Composes and processes repetitive and non-repetitive documents in accordance with established procedures.
Receive supplies and communicate to receiving area for scheduled pick up and delivery.
Prepares and audits varied reports.
May use complex software system to update and retrieve information.
Organizes office procedures to ensure effective operation. Sorts, files, updates and maintains records as needed.
Answers phone, conveys messages, runs errands and makes copies.
Schedules meetings, conferences, and arranges for meeting space, equipment, and catering as needed.
Other Duties as assigned May be moved to new locations and/or shifts as operations dictate. Cross training may also involve shift changes. Willingly works in other areas as cross-trained and needed. Serves as backup to the Administrative Coordinator with regards to timekeeping. Assists in office equipment troubleshooting as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
Required: Four years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
