Essential Job Functions

Assists in preparing surgical specimens.

Under direct supervision, sorts and identifies specimens.

Prepares solutions and maintains laboratory equipment.

Assists in maintaining inventory and supplies.

Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent and current enrollment in the Histotechnology program within the School of Health Professions at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
