JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Research Perform immune therapy (primarily cell therapy), and any related research experience such as single cell preparation from tumors or lymphoid tissues, immune cell expansion, viral transduction of the immune cells, flow cytometry, analysis of immune cells, cell sorting, cell administration into mice via tail vein, and transplantation of tumors from mouse to mouse.
Training Train new employees in completion of essential techniques used in the lab and in troubleshooting highly used lab equipment.
Publications Will be responsible for generating plan for preparation of manuscript including figures, draft and submission of final manuscript to journal(s) under guidance of Principal Investigator.
Required: Ph.D. in one of the natural sciences or related field or Medical degree.
Required Experience: Three years of experience in experimental or scientific work.
Preferred Experience: Immunotherapy and mouse work
