Leadership Analyst positionin HR Leadership Institute
Ideal candidate will have a Master's degree inIndustrial-Organizational Psychology or related field and three years ofrelated experience. Prefer candidates witha PhD or other Doctoral Degree in Industrial/Organization psychology, socialpsychology or related fields. Three years'experience conducting and publishing research on human participants and designingmeasurement projects to capture social/interpersonal competencies andabilities.
The MD Anderson Leadership Institute takes an evidence-basedapproach to the leadership development programs to ensure effectiveness ofinitiatives along with best practice sharing within and outside of MD Anderson.The measurement analyst/writer will have primary responsibility for developingthe measures of effectiveness for the programs along with publishing outcomes.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Measurement Designsand embeds measurement within leadership programs to examine outcomes at theindividual, program and institution level in an effort to determine efficacyand effectiveness.
Technical/ProfessionalWriting Researches, develops andwrites manuscripts, presentations and reports to communicate outcomes achievedin leadership development programs according to institutional and/orprofessional styles (e.g., APA) of documentation with intent for publication inand presentation to external entities.
Statistical Analysis Conducts statistical analysis at varyinglevels of complexity to examine effectiveness of leadership developmentprograms.

Education: Master'sdegree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
