MD Anderson Cancer Center Manager, Business Automation Program in Houston, Texas
The primary purpose of the Program Manager, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) position is to lead the OCBS (Office of Collaborative Business Services) team dedicated to RPA that provides functional and technical expertise to support the on‐going operating structure and collaborative framework, and to assist the UT System institutions' teams in their efforts to develop, deploy and manage RPA/process automation on their campuses.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for managing day to day program activities to include:
developing and implementing systems of management to track, measure, and report program performance;
providing resource support (e.g., personnel, expertise, and tools) to UT System institutions to assist in their RPA/process automation efforts;
monitoring compliance with policies and standards;
coordinating and monitoring the work activities and performance of consultants and suppliers;
establishing regular communication/planning sessions with senior leadership and institutional RPA program managers to share program performance, opportunities for growth, opportunities improvement/change, identifying capability gaps, strengths, weakness, threats, etc.;
identify,advance, enhance and deploy existing best practices utilized for automation delivery across the UT System institutions; g. developing annual work plan and budget;
exploring new technologies and tools and provide recommendations to leadership (e.g., OCBS and RPA Steering Committee) for adoption/exclusion;
maintaining a process automation library that will catalog all process automations and that can be used to identify opportunities (automation use cases) that can be adopted/deployed by the other UT System institutions;
developing programs and tools for knowledge management, information sharing and training;
leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) governance team to establish the standards, policies and procedures for RPA development, deployment, and management aligned to the guidelines and objectives established by the RPA SteerinCommittee;
hiring, training, and managing of OCBS staff.

Salary: Minimum $81,600 - Midpoint $102,000 - Maximum $122,400
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations or other related field.
Require: Five years of progressive business professional or management experience in finance, accounting or related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for required degree on a one to one year basis.
