MD Anderson Cancer Center Metrics Analyst in Houston, Texas
The mission of The University of Texas M. D. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience supporting Qualtrics and end users, as well as proficiency with Power BI or Tableau. They should be skilled in working with quantitative and survey data, including analyzing and cleaning data. Strong customer support skills, the ability to create visual displays, and expertise in data interpretation are also essential.
Function: Responsible for establishing, implementing and publishing strategic measurements and metrics aligned with the division business goals and objectives.
S cope: Impacts data collection, data management and data analysis.
Essential Job Functions:
Analyzes, calculates and reports on data from various sources. Designs spreadsheets, databases and presentations. Develops and supports the reporting and analysis of key measurements, trends and benchmarks. Prepares and distributes periodic and ad hoc reports. Conducts research and designs surveys and other instruments as needed to support data analysis. Coordinates with others to ensure quality and accurate reporting. Tracks key projects and designs reports to communicate progress. Maps out project plans and milestones.

Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistic, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Experience
Required: Five years experience in data analysis. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years experience in data analysis.
