Cell Therapy is expanding with numerous cell projects being developed by academic centers and industry. The development of a cell therapy product is complex and requires integration of multiple disciplines with a common purpose. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Applies technical expertise and experience to plan, coordinate, design, supervise and carry out research projects. Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs and participates in scientific research projects. Assigns and reviews work of subordinates, determines specific goals or objectives to be attained, evaluates resulting research data and revises techniques or approaches to work problems. Compiles, writes and submits reports to superior.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have PhD, MD or MD/PhD of Natural Science in a related field along with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a research team.
POSITION INFORMATION
MD Anderson follows the NIH stipend levels as outlined by the Kirchstein - NRSA (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-23-076.html) . This full-time trainee position will provide a salary between $56,484 to $68,604, dependent upon the years of postgraduate experience.
