MD Anderson Cancer Center Receptionist - Donor Operations in Houston, Texas
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Greets donors, family members, conducts donor registration and manages donor workflow including scheduling future donations.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Assist with customer/donor issues.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of caller and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Takes and delivers messages if not available.
Resolves or appropriately routes concerns to ensure response or resolution.
Performs routine receptionist work.
Able to perform multiple tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent . Two years of front office, clerical or related experience. Must pass pre-employment skills a test as required and administered by Human Resources.
