SUMMARY

Analyze and acquire curated data for deep learning/AI projects, including segmenting anatomical structures on CT and MR images.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Research Analyze and acquire curated data for deep learning/AI projects, including segmenting anatomical structures on CT and MR images

Communication Participate in writing progress reports to the sponsoring agencies, preparation of manuscripts for publication in journals, and at scientific meetings, and develop preliminary data for future grant submissions

Administration Demonstrate knowledge and "can-do-it" skills with various computing platforms to help with clinical and preclinical research projects including developing, implementing, and evaluating imaging data acquisition, reconstruction and visualization techniques.

Bachelor's degree with major course works in one of the basic sciences.

Preferred Doctorate Degree

Two years experience in scientific or experimental research work. No experience required with preferred degree.

Preferred Experience: Ideal candidates should have strong background in deep learning.
