Senior Training Representative Opportunity in HR Talent Development
The primary purpose of the Sr. Training Representative position is to provide highly technical solutions to complex institutional training needs, including database maintenance and developing seamless integration of training content within the enterprise Learning Management System.
Salary Range : $59,600 - $74,500 - $89,400
Develops and maintains all online course upload processes for internal and external clients within the testing and production learning management system (LMS). Works directly with clients to ensure courses are tested to meet quality assurance specifications prior to being published in enterprise LMS Production environment.
Maintains LMS test, development, and content server(s), including schedules for archiving or deleting outdated content, maintaining records of online course owners, and ensuring server(s) meet software and hardware requirements and guidelines.
Supports the operation, maintenance, reporting, and oversight of all enterprise learning technical systems, including department website content updates, online case management system, database content management and implementation, webinar conferencing tool, and social media forums.
Serves as technical liaison with customers, third-party vendors, and contractors to guarantee functional compliance of online training deliverables with the LMS, internal security policies, and institutional branding standards.
Develops and implements cost-effective and innovative solutions for department training initiatives, such as web-based online course delivery models, rapid online learning course development templates, mobile learning development and tracking, social media web portals, and web-based processes for uploading course content into LMS test and production environments.
Provides support to co-workers in the development, testing, and deployment of internally or externally developed online training programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Five years experience in on-line training content administration to include three years of e-Learning application development or other computer-based instructional program development. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
