This position works on creating a good fit between facilities activities and applications promoting efficient use of applications

This position works on creating a good fit between facilities activities and applications promoting efficient use of applications.

Perform functional analysis of applications

Perform functional analysis of applications used by Facilities and work with Facilities groups to increase effectiveness and usage of Facilities applications like CMMS.

Provide Administration and Support

Work with users providing administration and support of facilities operational application.

Manage Projects

Manage operational projects for upgrades and enhancement activities.

Software evaluation

Software evaluation including new software versions to determine user impact and opportunities, coordinate or manage user acceptance testing and creation of test scripts as needed.

Support Facilities Applications

This position requires support of Facilities Applications including CMMS or IWMS.

Use query and report tools

This job requires accessing data from SQL Server or Oracle including the ability to build reports.

Create and present analysis and presentation

Use of MS Office suite for analysis and presentation. Experience creating and presenting business analysis and project proposals to senior management.

Good communication and teamwork skills

Good communication and teamwork skills and the ability to reconcile divergent ideas and opinions. Self-directed work habits. Ability to navigate bureaucratic complexities. Functional Skills: Listening Skills, Create and give Presentations, Documentation and Specification, Facilitation and Elicitation Skills, Visual Modeling, Project Management.

Desirable Technical Skills

MS Project, Access, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Business Objects, Visio

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required:

Five years experience in Epic software, domain, project management or workflow analysis. May substitute require education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System)
